I believe that is illegal and wrong. It all has to do with unions. Unions and how adamantly opposed I am, personally, to them in any form, ... is one reason why I am thankful my Lord & God, The Almighty, allowed me to be born in Texas, a former Republic, a nation of its own. Texas does not 'have' unions, as some states allow. I am just thankful for that. It does not mean Texas is better than other states. It simply means I do not see the benefit of unions in any state in what we call the U.S. of A. And the laws in Texas also reflect that same viewpoint.)

... and that note and the various events that have gone on, over the past 2 years, and more, also lead me to make the following statements, though I realize some may not understand "why" or may think I am going pretty far "out of reasonable bounds" in saying this.
... but I just feel led to share it here (since this is 'my' blog), even if only for the few who will "try" to understand my "heart" in what is typed, below, here, and who will pray for many, like me, who have the same, basic beliefs I have, and whose hearts are quite broken over the evil being pushed upon us by evil leaders in our country, and evil leaders all over the world. They are men and women who are "of the world," though I am only "in it," by my Lord's decree and Plan.

... please understand, that if you do not agree with what I share, here or anywhere, you can still "love one another (aimed in my direction)" and pray for me.

You can still study God's Word, and see if your allegiance should only be with The Lord Almighty!

You can still pray for God's Might and Power to continue to work actively in your soul and life! (and in mine)

You can still pray for God to bring the kind of deliverance He has brought to the people of Israel, in many positive ways, over many centuries!

You can still abide by the original intent of the men who were willing to die, when they signed the Declaration of Independence, so we (the people) could be a nation that glorified God, and whose leaders would (were meant to) only be true believers in The Sovereign Lord Adonai, The Controller of the universe He made and designed to be His, and His alone, believers in His Son, Yeshua The Messiah of Israel.

You can still trust in God, and be loyal to Him, His Plan for all people, and for this earth we live on, ... and continue fulfilling the responsibilities He has given you to do, without being disloyal to your fellow Americans, by praying fervently and with a zeal for The Lord of hosts, Y-hw-h Sabaoth.

You can love your brothers and sisters in America, and across the world, by seeking God's Face, by believing every Word God teaches you to understand and know, and by living out His Plan for your life, regardless of how others, around you, choose to live, looking only to Yeshua, The Author and Finisher of our Faith (our trusting belief).

You can still "love" me, and others like me, by getting to know The Lord of all better each new day He gives you, until you see Him face to Face! (in Heaven)

... okay, now, for what I wrote, that might shock some, and might be used by others to condemn me, but which I hope most will try to understand I believe I needed to write here.
Wrote it here just so some would understand that, when push comes to shove, some of us "will not back down" from our belief in The Great I AM, El Elyon, nor will we back down from our full support for Israel and the Israeli people whose God is The Lord (for God's chosen people, that is), and for The Word of God, which is our Life and our necessary "daily food."
We will not stop learning how to speak the Truth (of The Lord) in agape Love, though that does not mean we will only speak what others want to hear, but will do all we can to be faithful to speak the Truth in agape Love, as our Lord commands us to do. .... We are not perfect, from a human viewpoint. We are just "forgiven!" Thanks be to God, The God of Israel, The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

(Here [below] is my main message; like some "pastors" in the U.S. of A., I had a long introduction before even getting to 'the meat' of what I was intending to share, here. Maybe it's a 'southern' thing. Sorry. Yes, I do tend to use far too many words to suit many people. Am learning. Thank you to those of you who are able to remain patient with me!)

Many Texans, in state or currently living out of our native state, as I now am, ... may be seen as odd to others (and some have not set a very good example of what I, personally, believe the heart of a true Texan is like), but many will be working to urge our fellow Texans to, once again, oppose those (in the current administration in Washington, D.C.) who try to "hold it over us" as did Spain and Mexico, in their time (when Texas was not yet a Republic or a state in the U.S.), or who wish to "use us" to bring in income or commerce (via NAFTA or NAU, both of which I am opposed to) they want to use for their own personal, evil agenda, or their evil plans contrary to The Good and Righteous Plan and the perfect Will of The Lord God Almighty, The I AM, El Elyon.

We are not unAmerican. We are faithful to what the men believed, who founded this country! But the current government administration is not! And the man in The White House is not legally an American citizen. I learned this through the (audio) testimony of his own grandmother, because she was there at the hospital when he was born in Mombasa, Kenya.
He was the son of a man who had dual citizenship in Britain and in Kenya (who already had another wife in England, at that time), and of a woman who, by all available information, was anti-American, herself, and a rebel at heart, but who was an American citizen herself.
In 1961, a mom's U.S. citizenship "does not" guarantee that her children are automatically U.S. citizens, no matter where they are born. She was "under a U.S. law, in 1961," that said that, at her age at the time of her son's birth, her child had to be born within U.S. borders to be a legal U.S. citizen.
BHO was not born within U. S. borders.
(Yes, I realize some will not want me to share this. It has been shared, over and over, on several websites, and through video sites on the internet. What I am sharing is not new. I just believe it is true. I believe we should all have an opportunity to know 'the truth.')
So, from all that I have read, about all of this, from all viewpoints, I can only come to the conclusion that what I am sharing here is the truth, from my personal perspective and from my level of understanding.
If you wish to disagree, or do disagree, kindly do it on your knees, before The Lord Who is The Controller of the universe, and rules over all men and women who have ever lived on this earth. He always hears and answers the cries and the prayers and supplications of His own children. If you are one of His children, He will hear your prayer and He will answer you. He promised that, in the book Jeremiah was told to write, in Jeremiah 33:3)

I belong to The Lord Almighty, through belief in, trust in, and knowledge of His only-begotten Son, The Lord of all lords and King of all kings, Yeshua The (True) Messiah.

I do not plan to support any form of a U.S. government that turns its back on YHVH God, and on Israel, by decisions made by its leaders in government that are against Israel as a people, or against the Jews and the Christians in America, or in any other nation in this world. True believers in The Lord Yeshua The Messiah are always pro-Israel and pro-Jew, because we worship the same Creator and Lord, and we study and live by The Word of YHVH God.

I am glad for anyone who wants to know, to know this, ... that my King and my Lord and only Sovereign is not related to the U.S. of A., but He is The Lord Almighty, The King of the universe He made and He still holds all things together, in it.

I owe all my allegiance, all that is in my life and what my life is, to Him, alone! He is The Only One Who has the right to give me life, or to take it. When I die, I will return to Him, Who gave me life on earth, from before I was seen on earth, while I was in the womb, being formed by His Loving, Merciful Hands!

I am a lady of Peace / Shalom; I do not wish to, nor would I, fight except in The Spirit of God, through Spirit-led, spiritual warfare prayer. I mean, I belong to The Lord of Sabaoth, YHVH Sabaoth, El Elyon, Whose Name is also YHVH Shalom, The Lord Who is (our) Peace.
I wish only to be known to be independent of all ties to the current administration of the U.S. government, because I have no beliefs that agree with what the current U.S. administration is doing to go against the commands and the teachings of Almighty God, The Lord YHVH.

I wish to be known to have my allegiance in and with YHVH (Whom some call Y-hw-h), my Father in Heaven, The God of Israel, and The Messiah of YHVH God, Yeshua (Who is also YHVH God in the flesh, and Who was raised from the dead on the third day after He died, and He lives now and forever, and is active in my life. And my Teacher is The Holy Spirit, Ruach haChodesh, Who is also YHVH God.

... for those who wonder why I feel led to share this, ... just trust that some, who are willing to lay down their lives on our behalf, on the battlefield,
... either standing by a "church" pulpit,
... or on their knees at the side of their children's beds, praying,
... or holding a weapon that can end someone's life (under military jurisdictional authority, operating under "orders"),
... are all willing to give their lives for more than just their own families and themselves, and those they love and know personally.
They are willing to die for others (for you and for me), because there is One Who died in their place, long ago, yet He lives, now and for ever.
-- They are, and I am, willing to die for (and being faithful to) The One Who bought (redeemed) you and me (if only we will accept His free gift of deliverance from eternal condemnation for our sins and transgressions against The Almighty God, YHVH) -- Yeshua The Messiah.
He (Yeshua, God's Son Who came in the flesh, to live on earth, suffer & die, and then, rise again, on the third day after he died, according to God's Word, which is Truth) fought for you and me, in much prayer and entreaty, before The Throne of God Almighty.
He (Yeshua) then suffered much grief over those who would oppose Him and His Father in Heaven, and who would reject Him, for all eternity.
And then, He gave the last measure of His Strength, while saying: Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.

He (Yeshua) also said (while hanging on a Roman execution stake, outside the walls of the city of Jerusalem): "into Thy Hands, I commend My spirit."
And, I must say, with my Lord, that I am entrusting my entire life, as I have done already, but am sharing it here, to The Hands of The Lord Adonai YHVH, Elohenu, The Lord of all, and Yeshua The Messiah is One with The Father YHVH. I can do nothing without Him.

And He (Yeshua, God's True Son) has chosen me, and ordained me, that I should go and bring forth fruit, and that my fruit (souls for His Kingdom) should remain: that whatsoever I shall ask of The Father in Yeshua's Mighty Name, He may give it (to) me.
-- I only share my version of this verse to show that He chose me, and has ordained me, to do His Will. If I am unfaithful in doing that, then I have failed to fulfill and do what He has commanded me to do. It will not mean He has failed. He is ever True and Faithful. And He will fulfill all His Will.

When I fail Him, He is ever Faithful, and He will bring me, draw me, back to His Heart, in Patient Mercy, and in Mighty agape Love, through Grace, and through His Righteous Will, so I can, then, begin to walk with Him more closely, afterward.

When I fail Him, He is still ready to forgive me, as I repent, confess my sins, and forsake my former wandering ways, ... agreeing, again, with His Truth.
Admitting to The Lord that we were / are wrong does not make us weak. It shows our Strength can only be found in The Joy He gives us. When we let our Strength be "in Him," He makes us meek, one whose strength is under His Control. When we are weak, He shows Himself to be Strong. He is our Strength, our Rock! (for those who believe in The Lord Messiah Yeshua in His Blood Atonement He did in their place, to pay the sin-debt each of us owed to God, our Father, Who made us)

May each step you take be taken in a way that is drawing you and bringing you closer to His Loving Heart, in fellowship with Him, and for His glory and praise!
And may others see Yeshua (Jesus) in you!

This is my heart, folks. (not all of it; just a part of my thoughts)
I just hope others will not take offense at my words.
But if you do, please first take it before The Lord in sincere, heart-felt prayer.
Please do not attack me. My Lord takes attacks of that sort as if they were made against Him, personally. I dwell "in" Him. I abide "in" The Lord Yeshua, The Messiah of God Almighty.
These words only reflect some thoughts that are in my soul.
If they are not in yours, that is fine. You must walk your path. I must walk mine.

I have been misunderstood before (and am not real good with words), many times, ... and I realize I will be misunderstood again.
But before I die, which might be 52 years from now, at age 104 (hee hee!), or before I am taken up into the clouds by my Lord, Who redeemed me by His Blood He shed in my place, ... I would like to leave this "note" as part of a legacy my own children may read, one day.

Of course, I do believe that, when I am "taken up (caught away, in the Greek)," that all my (our) children will also be taken up / caught away, ... to meet The Lord in the air, and then, we shall be "ever" with The Lord YHVH / The Lord Yeshua! Hallelujah! Am so thankful to The Lord, The Lamb of God, has chosen to redeem all six of my (our) children! Praise His Name!

The Lord wants an attitude of moderation, a pure heart and Biblical (worldview) attitude & spirit, working in each of His true children. Philippians 4:4-5

If I allow a worldly attitude any open door into my soul (mind, in this case), I will be affected by what “comes in.” I must stop the enemy at the door, & resist the temptation to follow the way of least resistance (from the world, or friends, or relatives who do not walk closely with The Lord, and who do not understand that a worldly attitude can turn our hearts from The Lord, before we realize it has happened, if we are not vigilant and alert and attentive “enough.”).

If we “work” (not a works-based religious attitude; but if we “make an effort”) to follow The Lord as closely as we can, though we do make mistakes in life, The Lord will give us the spiritual Discernment He wants us to have, to keep us from building up satan’s kingdom, though we would (in our will) desire to build up God’s Kingdom of His Son, Jesus Christ (Yeshua the Messiah).

By “work” I also mean we lie down at night (and awaken) thinking about The Lord, verses we are learning from His Word, and in a prayerful attitude. The Lord’s Spirit dwells in those who are YHVH God’s true children, through faith (belief & trust) in The Lord Jesus Christ (Messiah Yeshua), by Grace. He is our Teacher! He guides us (believers) into all Truth; He is The Spirit of Truth. — John 16:13 The Holy Spirit uses the Bible verses we are studying, reading, learning, to teach us what our Father in Heaven wants us to know, to guide us and help us “along” on our journey on earth, until we come Home to Heaven.

It is good to read posts in which other believers share truths that all believers need to think over seriously. These are not preferences. In my case, they are convictions, personal beliefs.

... about how you feel?

Thanks to the generosity of both advertisers, and product makers, especially those who are at-home moms, and families, who produce products of high quality, who wish to promote their products among families on one income, through "giveaways" and, in one case, "bloggy giveaways." I am so encouraged to see how many giveaways there are, this week, and a whole passel (a whole bunch is how southerners like me say it) coming up, next week.

But ... what are you all doing about your dread-filled feelings, that so many have and are expressing on blogs and websites, regarding our nation's and our families' futures. The truthful information and predictions are quite foreboding, quite negative!

We have our Hope in Heaven, in The Lord Almighty, and in His Word, and the promises we know are shared in it, by One Who cannot lie, Who is (completely) faithful to keep His promises, and keep His people (His children, His own, His saints, all true believers) from the evil one!

The Lord is still on the throne, and (as a matter of fact) He is using (and going to use) what's been going on, what's been "planned, for many decades, in the secret societies" of rich, elite men around the world, ... all of which God must give permission, must allow, though it grieves His own Heart of Love to see anyone (who fears Him, who understands Who He is, who reverences The Almighty, El Elyon, The Lord God we worship, serve, believe in and trust in, through our belief in and allegiance to His Son, Yeshua {Jesus} The Messiah, The Anointed One of YHWH God) suffer wrongfully, ever.

The Lord is "with us." That's what Emmanuel means. That is one of Yeshua's (Jesus') Names!

The Lord is able to deliver us from harm, from lack, from drought and keep us alive in famine. He is YHWH Yireh! -- The Lord Who continually provides all we need. (for me, I must adjust what I understand to be my 'needs'!!)

The Lord is fully ready and willing to answer all our prayers that agree with His Will in motive, in trusting belief (versus doubting, as we ask Him for anything, or about anything), and in heart (desire -- do we desire His Name to be glorified, and Him to be praised, or His Plans on this earth to be forwarded, ... or do we just want our selfish will, or even just want something we want, rather than asking Him what He wants to occur?).

The Lord is ready, any time, to give us what we ask for, if we meet His simply, yet profound, and just and wise and righteous, qualifications as shared in I John 5: 14-15, 17-18 (the entire chapter is well worth reading!), and in John 14: 13-14, John 15: 7-8, and John 16: 23-24.

The Lord is able to heal us, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, and He is able to restore our broken relationships, with friends & family and even employers and others we are acquainted with (but are not close friends with).

The Lord is able to fulfill all His Will, all His Counsel, and bring to fruition all His Plans, which are always for our good, though "as they are being worked out, on earth" we may not understand why "so many of the details" and "small moments in time" seem to be so painful, so much of a struggle, so difficult to figure out how to deal with, without wondering "why me, Lord?" or "what are You up to, Lord?"

The Lord knows what He is doing --- in the case of what's going on in Washington, D. C., and across the United States of America, ... with regard to whether or not anyone, any more, in any political leadership position, in this country, will truly, fully uphold and defend (and even "comprehend" what's in) our U. S. Constitution. He knows "why" He is allowing evil men to remain in positions of authority over us, or some of us. He knows "how" He will take care of each of His true children (saints, true believers in The Lord Yeshua The Messiah). He knows "what" His plans are to do us good, even though we may suffer, in word, or in deed, at the hands of evildoers, who honestly believe they are doing God a service, to mistreat us, falsely accuse us, or treat us wrongfully.

He will be with us at all times, if we truly belong to Him. Do we have His Holy Spirit dwelling within us? inside us? If so, then we -- in truth -- have nothing and no one to fear. Are we doing all we know to do, to follow The Lord YHWH?

Are we seeking Him to learn "what else" He wants us to do, to bring Him glory and praise, through how we live, each day?

Am finding that the most important lessons in life are not learned through textbooks, but through living real life, helping a person in need, listening to a sorrowful or suffering heart one is willing to share with us, in conversation, ... in seeing opportunities to help someone 'in need,' in any way The Lord enables each of us to help. Are we doing what He would have us do?

Am I (oh, now it's personal; it always is personal, with God, Who sees how we respond when He presents a service opportunity to any of us, as His children) making myself available, to serve Him in any way, even in ways I don't think I am qualified to serve Him in / through?

I'm evaluating some priorities, this month, as many of us are.
I'm looking deep inside, asking God to reveal hidden motives, and, as David asked YHWH to do, in the last verses in Psalm 139 (verses 23 and 24), I ask Him ...

"Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me (test me, to see if I am pure in heart toward You -- my version of what this phrase means), and know my thoughts (YHWH already knows all my thoughts; perhaps David means "make me aware of my wrong thoughts that do not honor You, Father."): And see if there be any wicked way (a course of life, a mode of action) in me, and lead me (will I follow Him faithfully, loyally?) in the way everlasting." -- Psalm 139: 23-24

Cry out to God, if you lack money / income!
Cry out to God, if you are suffering from a disease, or pain, or some emotional trauma!
Cry out to God, if you need Him to "act" or "manifest" His Help, His Healing, His Peace (you need to be filled with) or His deliverance from some situation that He does not endorse!

Then, choose to receive His Grace (what He uses to enable each of His children to desire to and do have the power to "do" what we call His Will), each moment, especially when you are tested, and begin to grumble or complain, as I do, at times!
And choose to "do the next thing" as Elisabeth Elliot Gren has shared, in her devotional book entitled _Keep a Quiet Heart_, by Elisabeth Elliot. -- Whatever "the next duty" you must do is, you should do it. If we do what we know to do, in practical activities (what we see must be done, on a daily basis), then God takes care of the rest of what needs to be done by Him. He is faithful to do His part, that relates to our daily lives! If we doubt this, then we can go back and read in His Word of the many times He did all that was needed, to keep His people alive, ... for any campaign (against any enemy) that God told them to go up against, ... or even in famine, The Lord took care of widows who had no real source of income but Him, and His daily provision for each one. There are more true stories in His Word, the Bible, that reveal to our sometimes clouded eyes, that He is able to give us the strength to do what we should.

The real question is: are we looking at what that "duty" is? Or are we distracted by some "thing" in this world, that has taken our focus off of Him, and onto "that thing?" Then we've made it an idol object. And an IO is leaving out one part -- the U -- God is the U in any IOU (these are American abbreviations; not sure if others in other lands use the letters IOU in this way as we Americans do). God is the ONly One to Whom we owe our attention or our skills / giftings / abilities, in service, or in taking time to try to accomplish any task or project!

So, I must ask myself: is what I want to do ... something that my Father in Heaven has told me to do, or wants me to do?

If I evaluate what my priorities are, for today, or for the coming month, or year, I must first examine my own heart, to see if my motives toward my Lord and Savior are "righteous" and honoring to His Name. After examining my heart, each night, or morning, in prayer to my Lord, to God my Father, ... then, I must also take time to listen to His Holy Spirit, Who speaks to me through His Word, in my Bible. Doing these two things will begin each day with a much more correct perspective on "life on earth." ! God is able to help us, but we tie His Hands, so to speak, and prevent Him from helping us, ... in a real way ... if we ignore His commands He's given us through His Son, Yeshua The Messiah. They are taught in The Word, from Genesis 1 to The Revelation (given by Yeshua) to John (the apostle) 22.

II Timothy 3: 16 (in Rav Shaul's / Paul's letter to his disciple in the faith, named Timothy) "All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in Righteousness: that the man of God may be perfect (fresh, complete), throughly (thoroughly) furnished unto all good works (fully enabled to "accomplish" the good activities, endeavours that God would have, or lead, each believer to do)."

Yeshua's commands do seem to be concentrated / taught in the New Covenant (most call it the New Testament). However, "Sh'ma Yisrael, Adonai Elohenu, Adonai Echad," does mean "Hear, O Israel, The Lord our God, The Lord is One." And in His Word, all that is written therein is to be used (by us) to learn from, to teach (others), and to use in correcting ourselves, and to enable us to better understand, and do, what He leads us and expects us to do.

As you do the same, I will be 'working on' choosing to think right, live right, and do right. God is able to enable you, and me! We must plod on, willingly, cheerfully, and lovingly. Our Lord Yeshua did, while He was on earth, homeless, alone (in more ways than one), and listening to, and following God's leading, ... in much prayer, in fasting, in suffering, in rejoicing, ... in a loving, living response to His Father in Heaven. He just asks us to follow Him, in doing the same. And He promises He will enable us to do "greater" things than He was able to accomplish on earth, in His short time of ministry (only 3 years), before He laid down His Life, on the tree, and died, and then was resurrected on the third day, according to the Scriptures. Will we be busy about doing our Father's business, as He was?
Let's try our best, because He is "with us" to enable us to do it. He promised! (if we are willing to cooperate with Him, in it)

Today, my goal is: to yield my rights to The Lord, and my expectations to The Lord (in prayer)

Goals -- more like guideposts, or hopefuls

Goals:

Since many of us do not reach our goals, as we had hoped we might, we wonder, sometimes, if we should not "set goals" for ourselves.

But I do have several goals for 2009 --

1. to read through God's Word more than once
2. to fill my mind with as much of God's Word as I can, through memorization (in song, usually), so I have more to meditate on, according to God's ways, as King David did
3. to pray more diligently, fervently, sincerely and perseveringly -- keeping track of prayer requests and answers to prayer
4. to sew more -- one garment per month, Lord willing
5. to finish "drawing out" the simple planner The Lord has reminded me I need to "produce"
6. to do a good job of teaching calligraphy, for the coming 3 months
7. to do a good job of teaching art history and drawing, in pencil and charcoal, over the coming 2 months 'plus'
8. to find ways to obtain financial backing for ministry pursuits
9. to prepare for and plan out (with The Lord's enablement) food-preparation methods and "instructions" ... to share with others in our community and nearby communities, to enhance good health, to promote healing from bodily ailments and to encourage ladies that they do not have to suffer from ill health, just because they are growing older
10. to continue to pray more, study in The Word about, to discern, and seek Godly counsel for all The Lord seems to compel me to consider doing (or are they simply 'my own ideas?')
11. to have a heart sensitive to The Lord's Voice, through His Holy Spirit, attentive and alert to Him, above all
12. to fulfill my teaching responsibilities, with Peace (Shalom) and Grace, from The Lord
13. to serve my family with Love, Joy, Peace, Longsuffering, Gentleness, Goodness, Faith, Meekness and Self-Control ... which includes Creativity, Flexibility, Availability and a heart of gold
14. to receive, from The Lord my Righteousness, a more positive outlook (in me) toward "life's odd circumstances that come up from time to time," and more tongue-control, for me to use to edify, uplift and encourage those within my sphere
15. to look for opportunities The Lord chooses to bring before me, to do good for others, to serve in my community, and my family's "believers' congregation," for God's Glory and to be used to bring more souls into The Kingdom of God's Dear Son, Yeshua the Messiah

... there must be more, but these are what I have recorded, so far ......
