Continue to put one foot forward, to walk
in His Footsteps, even IF the step you are
currently "in" may seem to look more like
a muddy, slippery puddle.
Trust in The One Who has walked the
same path, as a man, that you are walking in!
He will carry you through, no matter * how *
the circumstances may look, right now, to you,
or to me. - -
As Yeshua wanted Peter / Shimon Kefa, in the
boat on the Sea of Galilee, ...to do, and to
understand, at the time:  Keep your thoughts
focused on The One in Whose Capable Hands
you are held, loved and mercifully forgiven!

Life continues to amaze me, as I learn more about our Maker

this post was previously written, long, long ago.
I am including it here simply because its content
may encourage one of you, or someone else who
reads it, one day.  Shalom to all who know YHVH
and Yeshua! - - Note:  I did not change the spelling
I used to use for YHVH's Name, from YHWH, in
the post, below.  He knows Who He is.  I am choosing
to leave that part unchanged. My blog; my choice.

Life still amazes us, if we will just keep looking up, and see The Light! The Bright and Morning Star! He shines for us, and through us, if we will but let Him "shine."

He is there and is ready to help us with any need we have. He becomes the grand fulfiller of needs, to everyone who calls upon Him, in believing trust. Just ask Him. His Name is Yeshua ha Mashiach. (some spell it differently; He is God Almighty's only-begotten Son, born of a virgin, Who suffered, died, was buried in a borrowed tomb, and was resurrected from the dead the third day. He now lives in Heaven. He gives us His Holy Spirit, the Ruach ha Kodesh, as His promise, and as our Teacher, so that we always have His Spirit with us.)

The one thing we can count on is ... that God is for us. Hallelujah ! Who can be against us, if we are in God's family of "friends"? In His family, we are either engrafted into His Vine, of The Anointed One of God, His Son Yeshua the Messiah ... or else we were wild branches in His Vine.

Either way, our Maker / Master Gardener / Vinedresser designs life so that we are wooed by Him, drawn by Him into His living Vine. He gives us His sustaining Life-blood to keep us going. He also gives us Food for thought. He shares that through His living Word. It is better than the most healthy food we could find. It keeps us "alive in Him." His living Word: some call it The Bible; some call it either the Old Covenant or the New Covenant Yeshua brought in, since He is the fulfillment / goal of The Law and The Prophets, which most call The Tanach. He is One * with * YHVH, Who changes not, so, from a viewpoint like Yeshua's, He * could not * change anything that YHVH, His Father, had previously taught or instructed! He is the same yesterday, today and for ever.

Yeshua said "Think not that I am come to destroy The Law, or the Prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill. For verily, I say unto you, Till Heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from The Law, till all be fulfilled." To understand this, and most all things in life on earth, and life in Heaven, you must be born again. In John 3:3, Yeshua shared "...verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again (of water and of The Spirit, Yeshua says later, in John 3: 5) (by one's belief in Him, by faith, through God's Grace), He cannot see the Kingdom of God." John 3: 5 says "...Except a man be born again, of water and of The Spirit (of God the Father), he cannot enter into the Kingdom of God."

God our Father in Heaven, Who made us, and sustains us, gives us the faith to believe in Him and in His Son. He also gives us the directions for what to do next. He even gives us the Strength to go on, when trials or suffering or roadblocks come along, while we are on earth. He keeps all His promises, so all we need do is learn them, remember them, think on them, and live by them, asking Him to bring them about, on our behalf. He will do it.

God says Himself that nothing is too hard for Him. That is true. All His Word is Truth! So, we can count on Him to bring about all good things He has written down, using men's hands to share His thoughts with us. We can count on our Father to hear and answer all our prayers. If we ask believing, not doubting. If we ask for what He wants us to have. If we ask for what will bring attention and glory to Him alone. If we ask for what pleases Him and can be used by Him to change the lives of others, through the mighty miracles He is easily able to bring about. If we ask knowing Him. If we ask as a result of keeping His commandments, especially those shared by His Son, Yeshua, in The New Covenant (called the New Testament by many believers). If we ask as a result of keeping His Word, and of abiding in Yeshua, our Lord, Saviour, Redeemer and The Propitiation for our sins ... and of those of all people who are in this world.


*Anyone who will believe can receive Yeshua's free gift (we cannot buy it by our good works or being "a good person.") of deliverance from the punishment we deserve for our sins, our iniquities and our sinfulness that is inborn in us.

If we call upon The Name (ha Shem) of The Lord YHWH, we will be "saved." That means our sins will not be imputed to us. Our "account" will be marked "paid in full." How is that? Yeshua was the sinless (by choice) volunteer, Who came to earth for the purpose of ''laying down His Life for His friends." He calls anyone "friend" (as He shares in John 15: 7-17) who does *whatsoever* He commands them to do. (see James' writings, for more information on this concept. He was one of Yeshua's real-life, human half-brothers! He knew.)

His commands can be found in The Word (The Bible, the living Word of God). Yeshua's free-will sacrifice of His life (as the only innocent-of-sin, truly pure-hearted, whole-heartedly obedient human, Emmanuel, "God-with-us") paved the way for anyone who will choose to believe what He stands for, what He taught, what He did in our place on the Roman execution stake (some call 'the cross') ... realizing that they can do nothing on their own to earn eternal life or a ticket to Heaven ... due to their breaking any one or all of The Ten Commandments, as taught in Exodus 20: 1-17. None of us can live "righteous" lives, on our own, in our own strength. When God / Yeshua is our Strength, He shows us that when we are weak, that is when He is strong. He just wants us to "stand and see the salvation of The Lord." -- Exodus 14: 13 "Fear ye not, stand still and see the salvation (Yeshua) of The Lord YHWH ...." Though He was speaking there to His people Israel, He also speaks those words to us. Fear not.

Stand ... as He does in the letter Paul wrote to the Ephesian believers:
Ephesians 6: 10-11, 13-14, 16, 17 "Finally, my brethren, be strong in The Lord (Adonai), and in the power of His Might. Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles (schemes) of the devil. ... wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand (firm in His strength, authority). Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with Truth, and having on the breastplate of Righteousness; ... Above all, taking the shield of Faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of Salvation, and the Sword of the Spirit, which is the Rhema / Word of God:"

In the book of James (New Covenant), one of Yeshua's real-life half brothers shares that (James 2: 10) "... whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all." "All have sinned and come short of the glory of God," as Rav Shaul (Paul) shares in his letter to the Roman believers in Romans 3: 23, of the New Covenant.

We must become aware of our spiritual condition. We must acknowledge our complete dependence on God, our Father, for everything, after we have seen clearly our completely hopeless condition we have lived in, ... in our flesh, and for our own selves, for our own unenlightened motives.

Only The true Light can show us The Way. He is Yeshua, God's Son! Only The One Who has been tempted in all ways like as we are tempted, but Who did not choose to sin ... can understand all that we go through, each day, and yet show us The Way out of doing what's wrong. He can show us how to choose to do what is right! We must simply choose to listen to Him! And trust in Him! He is able to do all things!

He created the entire universe. Helping us is so easy for Him! He loves "being there" for us. His Name is YHWH Shammah.

He loves lifting us up, since He is our gentle but strong Shepherd, YHWH Raah. He *is* the Strong One, El. And He is El Shaddai, our All-Sufficient One!

He needs nothing. He simply chooses to give us His Love, and He planned it out before we were born on this earth. He chose to come suffer to pay the sin debt each of us owe to God our Maker, just because He loves us.

He even designs things to happen in this world to get our attention, so we will begin to listen to His loving Voice! And He promises He cares for us, and because of that, He says we must cast all our cares upon Him.

I Peter 5: 5 First, He tells us to "be clothed in humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth (continually) grace (the power / ability and the desire to do His Will) to the humble."

We just need to see we can do nothing, of ourselves, to deliver us from any danger or any problem, or from our future, after death, to determine "where" we will *go.* We can only *cry out* to our Maker, God our Father, asking Him "save me, Lord!" Then, He answers us! ... with Love, tenderness, Peace that passes all understanding, and Joy. His Joy is our Strength.

He wants us to hope only in Him, since He knows He alone holds the universe together, and He alone can deliver us from all harm. He delivers us from the domain of darkness and transfers us into the Kingdom of His Dear Son, Yeshua, into His Kingdom of marvelous Light. He is able. Remember, nothing is too hard for Him!

He loves you, and always will. He will never leave you, if you are His child, nor will He forsake you, because He can only can do good. He cannot do anything evil.

James reminds us (James 1: 12, 13, 14, 15, 16,17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22)
"Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which The Lord hath promised to them that love Him. Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth He any man: But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death. Do not err, my beloved brethren. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from The Father of lights, with whom is not variableness, neither shadow of turning. Of His own Will begat He us with The Word of Truth, that we should be a kind of first fruits of His creatures. Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to wrath: For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God. Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted Word, which is able to save (deliver) your souls. But be ye doers of The Word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves."

Hallelujah!

... more blessings than we can imagine are available to each of us, in Him.

God will supply "the rest of the story" Himself. He knows your need. He will fulfill it. And He will bless you with His deliverance, as He sees fit, according to your belief, and your heart attitude.

For those of you who already know Him: Keep believing in Yeshua! Keep trusting in what He ways, and not in what you think or feel.

Proverbs 3: 1-14 reminds me "My son (my daughter), forget not My Law; (My Teaching, in My Torah) but let thine heart keep My Commandments: For length of days, and long life, and Peace, shall they add to thee. Let not Mercy and Truth forsake thee: bind them about they neck; write them on the table of thine heart: So shalt thou find favor and good understanding in the sight of God and man. Trust in The Lord YHWH with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him (thank Him, realize He has done it all, and enabled you to do any good thing, and has delivered you from any danger or trouble, any time it has occurred.), and He shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the Lord (reverence Him, realize Who He is and honor Him, knowing He alone can destroy or revive or renew you or your soul; your life is in His Hands at all times) and depart from evil. It shall be health to your navel, and marrow to thy bones. Honor The Lord YHWH with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase: So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and they presses shall burst out with new wine. My son (my daughter), despise not the chastening of The Lord YHWH; neither be weary of His correction: For whom The Lord YHWH loveth He correcteth; even as a father the son in whom He delighteth. Happy is the man that findeth Wisdom, and the man that getteth Understanding. For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandise of silver, and the gain thereof (more) than fine gold."

Proverbs 22: 4 reminds us that "By humility and the fear of The Lord YHWH are riches, and honor, and life." Spiritual riches. Honor the Lord, and He will honor you. Spiritual Life -- life eternal! He alone can grant that. Ask Him.

When I realize my condition before I trusted in Messiah to ''deliver me,'' I see I was on the road to destruction, ... eternal destruction! I can put my trust in Him now. He alone can deliver me from the results of me living life my way. He is The Way to true Life eternal.

Yeshua has redeemed me, by His Grace, with His Blood He shed in my place, on the Roman execution stake, one day, almost 2000 years ago. He gave His Life for me. Will I give my life for Him?

He knows I am unworthy. He knows I do not deserve to live with Him forever. He knows He is my only Hope. My expectation comes from Him alone. -- King David said in Psalm 62: 5-7 "My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from Him. He only is my Rock and my Salvation (my Deliverer): my Defense; I shall not be moved. In God is my salvation and my Glory: the Rock of my strength, and my Refuge, is in God." -- Hallelujah!

He is able to deliver you, too. ;o) Just ask Him. He is always home, and always ready to listen. His heart is tender toward you. He is the most patient Friend anyone could have. He *is* Understanding! He *is* Love! He knows all you are going through. And Yeshua goes through it *with* you! He is our Compassionate Friend.
He knows. He knows all we've done, ... and He still chooses to love us, as we are. He changes us ... over time. As we choose to take one step forward, He lifts us up to accomplish that. He leads us, directs our steps, and even lights our pathway. He is there when we arrive at the goal line.

And He is The One Who chose us, as He reminds us in John 15: 16 "Ye have not chosen Me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit (souls we've won for His Kingdom), and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of The Father in My Name, He may give it (to) you." Hallelujah!

He is good to us, His children, ... all the time. We just have to look with pure-hearted eyes, to see clearly what He has done for us, and He is busy at work every day. We just don't always see what He has protected us "from." But He does. And He will wait for us to thank Him, but He does hope we will *thank* Him, every day, for His blessings. They are so many, we cannot count them all. If we tried to, we would find that they are more in number than the sands of the seashore ... innumerable.

In Rav Shaul's (Paul's) letter to the Galatians, he reminds us: "I am crucified with Messiah: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Messiah liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of The Son of God, Who loved me, and gave Himself for me."
